Lead Design Architect

• Demonstrable ability to develop architectural proposals from masterplan concepts collaborating with trans-national consultant teams.

• Experience within a tier one architecture practice working on international projects, ideally gained in the Middle East.

• Ability to design and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

• Lead the architecture teams and provide guidance as needed.

Qualifications:

• Degree in architecture or urban design from a recognized university
• 
  15+ years of experience preferable at a consultant firm.

• Excellent communication and presentation skills to actively participate and advocate for team designs in project reviews.

• Generate and respond to Requests for Information.

• Ensure compliance with local strategies, codes and client’s requirements.

• Strong modelling and post-production skills

• Sound knowledge of Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp, Photoshop, InDesign and 3D Max

• Excellent written and spoken English
