Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor a team of data scientists in developing innovative datadriven solutions.
• Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to identify and prioritize business challenges and opportunities.
• Design develop and implement advanced machine learning algorithms and statistical models.
• Lead the analysis of large complex datasets to derive actionable insights.
• Develop and maintain scalable efficient and automated processes for largescale data analysis and model development.
• Conduct indepth research to identify emerging trends and technologies in data science and analytics.
• Provide strategic guidance and recommendations on datarelated decisions across the organization.
• Communicate complex findings and insights to nontechnical stakeholders in a clear and compelling manner.
• Ensure the data science team adheres to best practices and maintains high data quality standards.
• Collaborate with IT teams to drive continuous improvement in data infrastructure and architecture.
• Lead the exploration and implementation of new tools and technologies to enhance the data science capabilities of the team.
• Contribute to the development of data science strategy and roadmap.
• Stay updated on industry best practices and contribute to building a culture of knowledge sharing and continuous learning within the team.
• Lead and oversee the execution of data science projects from conceptualization to delivery.

Required qualifications

Required Qualifications:

• Masters or Ph.D. in Computer Science Statistics Applied Mathematics or a related field.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in data science and machine learning.
• Demonstrated experience in leading and managing a team of data scientists.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python R or Java.
• Solid understanding of statistical analysis experimental design and hypothesis testing.
• Proven expertise in developing and implementing machine learning algorithms and models.
• Experience with big data technologies and distributed computing platforms (e.g. Hadoop Spark).
• Strong knowledge of data visualization tools and techniques.
• Excellent problemsolving skills and the ability to think critically and analytically.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills with the ability to convey complex information to diverse audiences.
• Handson experience with cloud platforms and services such as AWS or Azure.
• Ability to thrive in a fastpaced dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
• Experience in leading the development and implementation of data science strategies and initiatives.
• Strong project management skills and ability to drive projects to successful completion.
• Track record of driving business impact through datadriven insights and recommendations.
