LDT Associate

Responsibilities:

• Execution of daily deployment plan & distributors orders shared by supervisor and reporting output by end of daily shift.
• Distribute daily deployment plan & distributors orders on Company owned trucks & drivers based on trips and availability to ensure full utilization for trucks.
• Distribute daily deployment plan & distributors orders on carrier owned trucks based on trips and trucks availability to ensure cost efficiency and priorities, in addition to being a control point in terms of verifying if truck is related to carrier or not.
• Record in own shift the driver's attendance (offline)
• Update SAP in own shift with data entering for the carrier invoices to enable back office consolidation.
• Own shift responsible for drivers' petty cash in terms of distribution, receiving toll invoices custody settlement.
• Supervision & final accountability on yard coordinator and safety processes & Drivers in own shift.
• Follow up with production on stock availability & readiness of stock with warehouse in plants
