- Oversees and assists in the preparation and updates of the Laundry Departmental Operations Manual.
- Conducts regular communications meetings and ensures that departmental briefings and meetings are effective and conducted as necessary.
- Ensures that individual production record book for all different linens processed on each shift are maintained and ensures that they are recorded on a daily basis.
