Job Description

• Execute import and export shipment end to end

• Ability to handle both LTL and FTL shipments and hazardous

• Leading the Collaboration with the team to locate shipments and assist other operations

• Coordinate with ground force and internal teams until the consignment finalized

• Leading the communications with internal teams via various means to resolve any concern

• Coordinate with internal teams and ground force for any trouble shooting related to any shipments

• Ensure improvement in On time delivery performance of the tradelanes serviced by Aramex

• Ensure Cargowise adoption & milestone status update integrity is 100%

• Assess the movement requirements and arrange as per the stipulated time line

• Communicate with customer service teams to arrange and move the consignment on time

• Leading shipping documents verification and authentication as per the requirements of border control customs

• Leading and monitoring the Data entry in freight systems

• Leading the creation of truck consignment note, manifest and MAWB

• Leading the creation of bill of entry for export & import consignment

• Providing Procurement Team withall technical requirement needed for boarding any new vendor for Land Freight product as well data and Information for any client needs

• Reviewing and and evaluating the technical terms and condition for any new tender / client contract

• Making sure his team maintain file records for audit

• Handle multiple shipments end to end at the same time

• Monitoring the timely and accurate scheduling of hazardous and non-hazardous bookings

• Arranging Customs clearance and documentation

• Monitoring the submission of shipping instructions

• Monitor suppliers’ invoices and performance

• Complete job costing and billing

• Follow company SOPs and achieve KPIs
