RESPONSIBILITIES
Description of the mission and activities :
- Prepare the Practical Work (TP) of the high school students for the physics-chemistry teachers: prepare the necessary products, the cart with the material and install the material and products on the students and/or the teachers benches
- After the TP: put the material used by the students and/or the teacher on the cart, clean the material and put it away in the lab, treat the chemicals (recovery in the waste bins or conservation)
- Manage materials and products: inventory broken or defective materials, outdated products or insufficient quantities, make minor repairs, update the list of materials and products available in the laboratory
- Purchase equipment and products: request quotes from local suppliers, purchase commonly used products from the store, check equipment and products upon receipt of the order
- Request intervention from the maintenance and IT department when necessary
- Manage waste
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations in the laboratory.

Skills and experience required:
- Bachelor or equivalent
- Scientific training in physics and chemistry or significant experience in the field
- Good command of English (oral and written)
- Rigor and organizational skills
- Ability to work with precision and method within a team.

Working conditions :
- Permanent full-time contract of 42 hours per week
- School vacations (except for two administrative weeks)
- International medical coverage

RESPONSABILITES

Descriptif de la mission et des activit s:
-Pr parer les Travaux Pratiques (TP) des l ves du secondaire pour les professeurs de physique-chimie : pr parer les produits n cessaires, le chariot avec le mat riel et installer sur les paillasses des l ves et/ou du professeur le mat riel et les produits
-Apr s le TP: remettre la mat riel utilis par les l ves et/ou le professeur sur le chariot, nettoyer le mat riel et le ranger dans le laboratoire, traiter les produits chimiques (r cup ration dans les bacs de d chets ou conservation)
-G rer le mat riel et les produits: inventorier le mat riel cass ou d fectueux, les produits p rim s ou en quantit s insuffisantes, effectuer les petites r parations, mettre jour la liste du mat riel et des produits disponibles au laboratoire
-Acheter le mat riel et les produits : demander des devis aupr s des fournisseurs locaux, acheter en magasin les produits d usage courant, contr ler le mat riel et les produits r ception de la commande
-Demander intervention du service maintenance et informatique lorsque n cessaire
-G rer les d chets
-Veiller au respect des r gles de s curit dans le laboratoire.

Comp tences et experience requises :
-Baccalaur at + 2 ou quivalent
-Formation scientifique en physique-chimie ou exp rience significative dans le domaine
-Ma trise de l anglais (oral et crit)
-Rigueur et sens de l organisation
-Capacit travailler avec pr cision et m thode au sein d une quipe.

Conditions de travail :
-Contrat permanent en temps plein de 42 H hebdomadaires
- Cong s scolaires ( l exception de deux semaines administratives)
- Couverture m dicale internationale
