- Operate the legal hotline and respond to inquiries as needed.
- Assess the utility and efficiency of the hotline and propose recommendations for improvements.
- Provide direct and accurate legal guidance to beneficiaries as needed.
- Refer cases to MoL inspection unit, Unions, or legal support CSOs.
- Log in inquiries on spreadsheets and follow up on cases with legal partners as needed.
- Create monthly reports of hotline activity.
- Create content for legal guides and training sessions.
- Assist in conducting awareness sessions and trainings inside and outside Amman.
