Overview:

The Key Account Manager plays a pivotal role in our organization overseeing the longterm relationships with a portfolio of key clients. This position is crucial for driving revenue growth ensuring client satisfaction and identifying new business opportunities.


Note: This is equity only role


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients
  • Understand the clients business strategies and objectives
  • Collaborate with internal teams to meet clients needs
  • Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits
  • Forecast and track key account metrics
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities
  • Prepare reports on account status
  • Resolve issues and handle complaints in a timely manner
  • Stay uptodate with industry trends and best practices
  • Conduct business reviews to ensure clients satisfaction
  • Manage and lead a team of account executives
  • Set and track sales account targets
  • Participate in exhibitions conferences and events
  • Drive continuous improvement within the key account management process
  • Ensure timely delivery of products and services

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration or a related field
  • Proven experience as a Key Account Manager
  • Demonstrable track record of meeting and exceeding targets
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent negotiation and networking abilities
  • Ability to manage multiple projects while paying strict attention to detail
  • Proficient in CRM software and MS Office
  • Strategic thinking and problemsolving skills
  • Solid understanding of sales performance metrics
  • Ability to build and maintain lasting relationships with clients
  • Indepth knowledge of market research and sales forecasting
  • Leadership skills with a resultsdriven approach
  • Flexibility to travel as needed
  • Proven ability to manage a team
  • Relevant industry experience is a plus
