Key Account Manager

Job Description

• Supporting sales engineers by making visits to different sales areas
• Department of planning and sales of agricultural crops
• Conducting field research and analyzing the official records and reports on importing crops to know and determine the volume of competition in the target markets and thus forecast the annual import volume for each variety
• Solve the problems that may occur after the arrival of the order and verify the reason for the occurrence of the problem, whether it is for the storage method or the method of cultivation, or to communicate directly with the technical representative of the supplier to intervene to solve problems related to the quality of the item
• Follow up on all collection activities with each engineer to ensure collection at the appropriate times
• Work to achieve the best collection rate as possible

Job Requirements

• Previous experience in the field of agricultural crops, seeds and fertilizers is preferred
• Ability to speak effectively to communicate messages clearly and to listen to colleagues or clients
• Collaborate with others to achieve common goals and strategic goals for the organization
• Attention to avoiding errors to maintain the quality of work according to the standards set for this
