ABOUT THE TEAM

Numbers run the business: In the Finance Department we see ourselves as a business partner and enabler for our operating teams and management. We facilitate a smart corporate and financial strategy with technical expertise across accounting regulatory tax strategic financial planning & analysis and treasury allowing Trade Republic to make educated decisions at every step. We believe in the power of numbers and the story they tell.

WHAT YOULL BE DOING

• Executing trades and monitoring Trade Republics liquidity position
• Ensure compliance with limits and regulatory requirements
• Managing Treasury related risks as a first line of defence
• Building models and analytical tools
• Work with the ALCO to define Treasury strategy

WHAT WERE LOOKING FOR

• 12 years of front office treasury trading experience
• Bachelors degree in STEM economics finance or a related field
• Basic understanding of liquidity management
• Knowledge of Fixed income markets Rates and FX Swaps
• The ability to understand risks and models like IRRBB VaR
• Selfstarter with strong analytical skills and ability to work under pressure
