Tasks

• Identify qualified leads and build relationships through targeted calls & personalized outreach (email LinkedIn etc.)
• Deep dive into target companies decisionmakers and trends to craft impactful outreach strategies
• Analyse results to continuously improve outbound techniques and maximize lead generation
• Collaborate on demos and additional sales initiatives

Requirements

• Higher education degree
• Proficiency in German and English at a C1 level or higher is required
• Excellent communication skills verbal and writing
• Goal oriented and eager to learn
• Analytic and structured mindset
• Autonomous and proactive working style
• Experience in business software is a plus
• Previous experience on SDR B2B outbound sales or consulting will be a plus
