Your responsibilities

For our team we are looking for an hands-on (Junior) Recruiter for the further scaling of the entire Recruiting area.

You work on your own initiative and are able to identify, attract and assess exceptional talent. You should be success- and performance-oriented, interested in a diverse range of tasks and willing to constantly learn and grow with us.   • You are our brain when it comes to sourcing and hiring the right and suitable talents for gridX
  • You represent gridX in the first contact with all applicants and potential talents and thus take on an essential and responsible role in the employer branding of gridX
  • You not only achieve success through precise active sourcing and outstanding employer branding measures, but also continuously deal with the latest recruiting trends
  • You are responsible for the entire recruiting process from the creation of the job description to salary negotiations and work closely with the respective Hiring Managers
  • You coach and support your hiring managers in conducting interviews and continuously optimise the hiring process, e.g. by introducing a question catalogue
  • Together with your team, you develop a comprehensive talent acquisition strategy including personnel marketing activities, channel analyses, budget planning and fixed recruiting KPIs

Your profile

  • You have a degree in business administration, law, (business) psychology or comparable training in human resources/recruiting/head hunting
  • You have gained first experience in recruiting and active sourcing comes easily to you
  • You are up to date with current recruiting tools, platforms and trends and have already worked with recruiting KPI's
  • You inspire your environment and the candidates with your open and positive nature and have the right instinct in dealing with different characters
  • You convince with your structured way of working and can also shine in stressful phases with your excellent time and process management
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in german and englisch
