- providing support for the team leader, component manager and other experts for whom the junior project desk officer performs administrative of the project “Wastewater Treatment and Reuse”
- effective coordination with the project colleagues
- invoice/receipts checking, preparation, registration
- coordinating project activities
- carrying out specific tasks in connection with knowledge management for the project
- handling procurement of goods up to EUR 2500 in accordance
- handling procurement of services up to EUR 2500 in accordance
- monitoring and following up of car log book
- organizing of meeting and events
- maintaining project documents which track project progress. file all project Documents in an appropriate database or library
- Project Officers closely watch the project schedule, monitoring deadlines for each project task.
