Junior Merchandiser

Responsibilities

• Act as the point of contact between customer and the operations department.
• Act as interface between customer and production through planning.
• Carry on correspondence with customer.
• Check the samples before shipping it to the customer.
• Making pricing for the new collection/orders for customers’ approval.
• Fulfill and send order confirmation to the customer of which is responsible.
• Receiving the samples orders from customers and follow up with the factory.
• Obtain customer's orders assuring a convenient feeding for factories and production.
• Transfer to technical area any customer's feedback regarding quality and service.
• Working on critical path and delivery schedule sheets (updating orders, styles, quantities, and dates).
• Follow up on order shipments of which are responsible.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor degree in or related fields.
• 0 – 3 Years of experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word, and Power Point).
• Excellent Command of Arabic & English language skills.
• Additional language is preferred (Italian, Spanish).
• Strong negotiation skills.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Excellent time management and adherence to deadlines.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask.
