Connect2Care is looking for an individual to sit within our Sales and Marketing Team who will be responsible for increasing sales nationally across all disciplines. Reporting to the General Manager and working alongside the Co-CEOs you will be responsible for developing relationships with key stakeholders and expand the Connect2Care brand ensuring quality client/stakeholder satisfaction.

Connect2Care will train the appropriate candidate in the scope of the NDIS, giving them the knowledge needed to build relationships with client/stakeholders. The successful candidate will:
  • Be responsible for building relationships with clients/stakeholders
  • Be responsible for brand building
  • Organising/coordinating networking events
  • Organising/coordinating recruit events
  • Community engagement
  • Cold calling
  • Social media content scheduling
  • Be responsible for email campaign and weekly news letter management
  • Key stakeholder and client satisfaction
  • Work closely with the client relations team, therapy staff & team leaders to ensure service delivery to clients is optimal
  • Work with Microsoft Office 365 & other Connect2Care software

Requirements

To apply for the role, you will need to have or be able to obtain the following:
  • Working with Children Check (WWCC or Blue Card)
  • NDIS Worker Screening Check
  • Evidence of COVID-19 vaccination (or valid exemption)
  • Police Check & International Police Check (only applicable to individuals who have lived overseas)
  • High IT literacy with experience in Microsoft Office 365
