Experience in UC or PBX setup , Linux knowledge preferred
- Setup , Programming and Support Voice Communication systems ( Alcatel -Lucent/Sangoma) including Local Area Networks (LANs) & Wide Area Networks (WANs)
- Designing and implementing Voice network solutions and/or improving the efficiency of current Voice
- Provides technical support on data or voice networks for internal and/or external customers; answers technical questions; recommends and implements approved course of
- Provides technical leadership for data or voice network problem escalation and
- Installs network applications on network servers or voice equipment; maintains, tests, researches and resolves
- Support network infrastructure which might include routers, switches, gateways, firewall systems, access
- Determines appropriate standard testing routines or scripts; may test various voice or data equipment for
- Prepares data or voice network diagrams to document and assist in communicating customer to enhance current operational status , if
- Provides leadership and work guidance to less experienced
