Job description

With more than 200 clients worldwide and famous brands such as AXA, DATEV, and Generali placing their trust in our solutions, we are striving to become the best software provider for mobile data capture and extraction.

As a Customer Success Manager you will help us to achieve our ambitious goals and strengthen our customer base. You will take full responsibility for your customers and be their voice within Scanbot for their requests and issues. Working closely with our Growth and Marketing teams, you will create value for our customers and cross- and upselling opportunities for our Account Executives.

  • As the first point of contact, you will actively support our customers in achieving their desired results.
  • Through proactive communication with our customers, you will ensure high customer retention is maintained.
  • You identify customer needs to product requirements.
  • Provide technical guidance and work closely with our support and development teams on issues related to our solutions.
  • You will be responsible for our annual license renewals.
  • Conception and execution of campaigns for the further development and expansion of our product with existing customers.
  • Continuous optimization and further development of our CSM processes.

Requirements

We have given a lot of thought to the requirements that must be met for this position. In any case, this is what you should bring with you:

  • First (junior) or relevant (mid-level) work experience in Sales, Customer Success, Customer Relationship Management, Support, or (IT) Consulting.
  • You are eager to learn and motivated to contribute to the company's success.
  • You are known for your positive attitude and hands-on mentality.
  • You are a German native speaker with excellent English skills.
