In order to achieve our vision and become Europes leading play furniture brand we are looking for an enthusiastic individual for the position as (Junior) Country Manager Netherlands (all genders).

In this function you are our trailblazer paving the way for conquering the Dutch market. Collaborating closely with one of our founders you are at the forefront of our journey from setting the stage for our official market entry to orchestrating initial marketing campaigns up to analyzing the performance of various strategies. Youre not just a manager you are the rockstar our Dutch customers can rely on for topnotch service. This is the perfect opportunity for you to deep dive into the practice of business development and to gain first hand experience in coleading a companys entry into a new market.

Position: fulltime (40h)

Start date: as of now (or as agreed upon)

Location: remote (preferably in Germany)

Tasks

• Support in identifying growth potential and developing an expansion strategy for our national rollout.
• Ensure the smooth running of operational processes and optimize the supply chain and inventory levels.
• Creation translation and maintenance of website email and social media content tailored to the target market.
• Support with the acquisition and management of B2B customers influencers and cooperation partners to spread the Funzy love.
• Monitor the markets KPIs create reports and present them to management.
• Help to ensure compliance with legal regulations and legal requirements in the target markets.

Requirements

• You have an innate understanding of the Dutch market its local trends and quirks.
• Excellent written and spoken skills in Dutch (C2 level you can easily master Dutch idioms and phrases) very good English skills German skills are a plus.
• Ongoing or successfully completed studies in the field of entrepreneurship sales marketing or in a businessrelated field.
• Practical experience in the field of entrepreneurship sales and marketing or business development.
• Good command of words ready to tackle challenges handson and brainstorm creative solutions as well as a strong sense of ownership.
• Strong organizational skills competent in analytical thinking ability to stay calm even in stressful situations.
• Availability as soon as possible for at least six months internship longer period is also possible.
