RESPONSIBILITIES:
Maintaining existing code as well as improving and updating code as needed
Reviewing current processes and making recommendations for improvement
Working with the team on daytoday operations
Constructively providing feedback and insights to your peers through code reviews and other discussions
Constantly improve engineering standards tooling and processes
REQUIRED SKILLS:
Experience building and maintaining web applications
Experience building and maintaining web applications for 0.6 2 years.
Strong background in building and maintaining RESTful APIs
Proven leadership and decisionmaking skills
Test driven development (Rspec capybara)
Mercurial and/or Git (branching and merging)
Experience with continuous integration practices pipelines and workflows.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills. You can explain complex topics to both highly technical and nontechnical team members.
Not afraid to wear multiple hats no job being too small or too large.
