Short Description : JDE EDWARds. Migration consultants Financials and Manufacturing Modules Remote on site or Hybrid
JD Edwards Developers and ConsultantsOnsite or Hybrid Bradford Area or Remote Globally
6 12 months with extensions possible
International companies is about to undergo a major upgrade of their JDE systems. For this we are seeking remote and Hybrid JDE specialists.
If you are an expert in JDE Financials and ideally have had JDE manufacturing models under your belt this could be your next ongoing contract role
Duties includes:
- Design effective scalable and maintainable solutions that meet business requirements
- Work with various team members and functional areas to identify and understand business requirements
- Work collaboratively with consultants implementation managers and client IT resources to develop test and implement products and issue resolutions
- Develop and maintain accurate technical documentation (flow charts functional configuration application updates etc.)
- Ensure the quality of deliverables using development testing methods code reviews and user acceptance testing
- Communicate development complexities and risks to project management
- Implement security measures in accordance with IT policy that align with best practices
- Responsible for the development of technical designs code and unit testing for E1 platforms
- Monitor system performance/logging via JDE Server Manager
- Ensure compliance with change management policies and principles
- Maintain a clear history of code through the use of source control tools
- 5 or more years of experience with JD Edwards Enterprise as a developer consultant
- Solid expertise in JDE financials Modules and/or Manufacturing Moduels
- Able to develop and maintain positive cooperative working relationships
- Excellent customer service skills
- Able to communicate clearly and professionally with all levels of the organisation
- Highly adaptable
- Selfmotivated
- Knowledge of and experience with the latest JD Edwards Standard Development Toolsets
- Knowledge of debugging tools
- Expert knowledge of JDE table structure and dependencies
- Understanding of different operating environments associated object promotion rules
- Familiarity with JDE financial and or Manufacturing moduels and functions
- Knowledge of JDE E1 project promotions package builds and deployments
- Comprehensive knowledge of E1 Orchestrations
- Ability to configure E1 software to match business requirements
- Experience with application development
- Experience with multiple cloud and onpremises technologies Understanding of cyber security threats.
