As a Technical Lead you will lead a team of talented developers in shaping and advancing our headless commerce platform. Your role is pivotal in driving innovation ensuring robust architecture and delivering highquality solutions. By combining technical expertise with leadership you will contribute to transforming the retail experience for our clients.

Responsibilities:

• Technical Leadership:
  

• Provide technical leadership and guidance to the development team.
  

• Lead the design and implementation of highperforming APIs and scalable Java solutions.
  

• Drive innovation in system architecture ensuring it aligns with business goals.
  

• Team Collaboration:
  

• Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to understand project requirements and define technical solutions.
  

• Mentor and coach team members fostering a culture of continuous improvement and knowledge sharing.
  

• Conduct thorough code reviews to maintain high standards and ensure adherence to best practices.
  

• Project Management:
  

• Take ownership of project timelines ensuring timely delivery of highquality software.
  

• Collaborate with project managers to define project scope estimate efforts and allocate resources effectively.
  

• Provide technical expertise and support for project planning and execution.
  

• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work effectively in a dynamic environment.

• Demonstrate deep expertise in Java development system architecture and API design.
  

• Ensure the implementation of best practices in coding testing and deployment processes.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
  

• 3 years of handson development experience in Java demonstrating a proven track record of leadership for at least 1 year.
  

• Management experience leading a team of 2 members showcasing effective leadership and collaboration.
  

• Strong expertise in system architecture API design and Java technologies especially Spring Boot.
  

• Proven ability to lead and mentor a development team fostering a collaborative and innovative environment.
  

• Excellent problemsolving skills and a passion for continuous learning to stay current with industry trends and technologies.
  

Technical Requirements:

• Proficient in Java development with a strong understanding of system architecture principles.
  

• Experience with distributed applications microservices and API development
  

• Expertise in scalability and thorough understanding of Java technologies including Spring Boot.
  

• Handson experience with designing and implementing highperforming APIs.
  

• Proficiency in MySQL and SQL.
  

• Understanding of REST APIs.
  

• Experience with microservices architecture.
  

• Nice to have Knowledge & experience in queuing systems (e.g. RabbitMQ) and streaming systems (e.g. Kafka).
  

• Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS Azure etc.) and containerization (Docker Kubernetes) is a plus.
