- Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of Java full stack developers, providing guidance, coaching, and support to foster their professional growth and development.
- Project Management: Manage the full stack development projects, including planning, scoping, estimation, resource allocation, and tracking progress against milestones and deliverables.
- Technical Architecture: Collaborate with architects and senior developers to design robust, scalable, and maintainable Java-based full stack solutions that meet business requirements and align with architectural principles.
- Hands-on Development: Participate in hands-on development activities, contributing to the coding, testing, debugging, and troubleshooting of Java applications, front-end interfaces, and backend services as needed.
- Code Reviews and Quality Assurance: Conduct regular code reviews to ensure adherence to coding standards, best practices, and quality guidelines, and implement measures to improve code quality, performance, and maintainability.
- Stakeholder Communication: Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including product owners, project managers, and business users, to gather requirements, provide status updates, and solicit feedback throughout the development lifecycle.
- Continuous Improvement: Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the team, identifying opportunities to streamline processes, adopt new technologies, enhance skills, and improve overall productivity and efficiency.
