This is a fulltime remote role for an ITSM Developer. The ITSM Developer will be responsible for evaluating and improving IT service management (ITSM) catalog offerings creating new service descriptions and implementing service level agreements (SLAs). Additionally this role will involve collaborating with crossfunctional teams including service owners technology stakeholders and business partners to identify opportunities for service catalog optimization.
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Systems or a related field or equivalent experience
- Minimum of 35 years of experience in IT service management (ITSM)
- Strong experience with ServiceNow catalog configuration and maintenance
- Experience with administering Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
- Experience with JavaScript and AngularJS
- Strong analytical and problemsolving skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts to nontechnical stakeholders
- Experience working in Agile development environments
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) and/or ServiceNow Certified Implementation
- Specialist(ITSM) certifications are a plus
