- Process requests of CWTL tablet users across 30+formal schools and learning centres in Jordan and provide effective and timely technical assistance
- Establish a list of failures and draft reference documents on how to solve them, and sharing this with the wider CWTL team
- Maintain contact with War Child team for any additional or more intensive technical support required
- Troubleshoot software and hardware malfunctioning for Android tablets across 30+ formal schools.
- Provide technical assistance to schools and learning centres in the form of a hotline.
- Coordinate with program team and schools to keep all student data base records up to date.
- Support CWTL team with Information security and confidentiality.
- Plan regular tech-support and data upload visits to schools and learning centres in Jordan.
- Organize training for users as needed for tablet equipment (use, maintenance).
- Assist in planning and implementing changes to elements of the IT service on the CWTL e-learning tablets as required across 30+ learning centres and schools in Jordan;
- Install new software, updates and hardware on tablets across 30+ learning centres and schools in Jordan;
