Support Integrations built by the Customer Integrations team many of which involve SAP. Support Analyst will provide enduser support and troubleshoot issues. Role Scope / Deliverables: Scope / Landscape
Integration/connection trouble shooting
Creating new connection in limited capacity
Data Analysis Key Skills: Technical & Analytical
Experience with SAP APIs SAP Ariba Integrations various SAP instances globally
OFM or Cloud Integration is a Plus
Familiarity with SAP Idocs CXML Structures
IT Support Documentation RCA KB Article updates ServiceNow Communication
English Required (German / Italian / Spanish a plus)
Communicate in a clear and concise manner so that messages are understood by all recipients
Ability to understand the ways that nonnative English speakers and nontechnical users may communicate so that their requests are understood
Maintain a positive professional and respectful attitude in all business interactions
