The IT Specialist will work closely with New York State of Health (NYSoH) plan management program staff to provide technical expertise for the creation and development of comprehensive access/oracle data bases for product plan offerings and consumer complaints.
- 72 months of experience gathering documenting and tracking changes of functional and technical requirements for development and maintenance of advanced Access/Oracle Databases.
- 84 months of experience gathering requirements and developing and testing customized queries in MS Access/Oracle.
- 84 months of experience gathering requirements and developing and testing customized reports in MS Access/Oracle.
- 72 months of experience application maintenance troubleshooting and support for MS Access/Oracle systems.
- 48 months of experience working directly on the Affordable Care Act (ACA at the NYS health exchange or other state or Federal health exchanges)
