- Assessing the situation, evaluating trends, and deciding on the requirements to improve.

Designing and implementing the organization’s disaster recovery program that will minimize any data loss and downtime.

Keeping the disaster recovery plans updated at all times.

Analyzing the drills results and coordinating resolution of recovery issues in sporadic testing.

Responding immediately to any security incident and provide analysis and resolutions.

Ensuring that organization’s information is backed up properly, by:

Provisioning the Backup processes and ensuring all data is backed up according to the backup procedure.

Performing regular test restores in accordance with the backup professional service providers in sporadic status.
