Looking for a female IT Recruiter with 2 Years of experience in IT recruitment .Kindly note candidate must be from Delhi or Noida and only work from the office

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and develop recruitment strategies
  • Source potential candidates through online channels social media and professional networks
  • Screen resumes and applications to identify suitable candidates
  • Conduct prescreening interviews to assess candidate fit
  • Coordinate interviews with hiring managers
  • Facilitate the entire recruitment process including interview feedback and offer negotiation
  • Build and maintain a network of potential candidates for future opportunities
  • Stay updated on industry trends and innovative recruiting techniques
  • Ensure all recruitment activities comply with employment laws and regulations
  • Provide regular and adhoc reports on recruitment activities and outcomes
  • Participate in career fairs and networking events to promote the organization
  • Contribute to employer branding initiatives to attract top talent
  • Maintain a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business or relevant field
  • 2 years of Proven work experience as a technical recruiter in executive search firm or recruiter in the IT industry
  • Familiarity with sourcing and recruiting techniques specific to IT roles
  • Strong understanding of IT job requirements and technical skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple open positions simultaneously
  • Knowledge of employment laws and regulations
  • Proven track record of successful candidate sourcing and placement
  • Experience in conducting different types of interviews (technical behavioral etc.)
  • High level of adaptability and resilience in a fastpaced environment
  • Strong negotiation and influencing skills
  • Ability to build and maintain professional networks within the IT industry
