• E2E IT recruitment
• Utilize various job boards social media platforms and other recruiting sources to identify and attract potential candidates.
• Understand the technical requirements create search string and identify the matching job seeker quickly.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews to assess candidate qualifications and interest in the position.
• Maintain accurate and uptodate candidate records.
• Ability to meet the deadlines
• Communicate with candidates and hiring managers throughout the recruitment process to provide updates and feedback.

• Strong communication (Verbal and written ) and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fastpaced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and other recruitmentrelated software applications.
• Knowledge of various recruitment sources and techniques.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to changing recruitment trends and practices.
• We expect the candidate to submit min 45 profiles /day.
• Candidate should have active presence on Linkedin and he/she must have experience of hiring through Linkedin too.
• Preference will be given to those who has their own laptop for initial 23 quarters
