IT Project Coordinator

We are currently looking for a IT Project Coordinator for one of our clients in the insurance industry.
What is in it for you:
Hourly salary of $23 to $31.99, based on experience.
12 to 18-month contract (maternity leave replacement contract).
Full-time (37.50 hours per week).
Work schedule from 9am 5pm.

Responsibilities:
Enable our global Engineering leaders to coach and lead teams by surfacing key KPIs for their squads to improve software development life cycles.
Ability to work with engineering data by identifying patterns and trends and being able to draw meaningful interpretations from it.
Emotional intelligence and maturity to work with highly capable and empowered managers across the organization.
Event planning and coordination including creating content (blog posts, communications, graphics for events)
What you will need to succeed:
2-5 years of related engineering or software delivery experience with the expectation that you are a hands-on practitioner.
3+ years of experience as a Project Coordinator.
Experience with project management knowing how to execute and strategize, as well as reflect and gather feedback.
Experience with modern software development processes (agile, scrum, etc.), methodologies, and workflows.
Strong knowledge and proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel & PowerPoint.
Strong knowledge and proficiency in Power BI.
Statistical background.
Understanding of the software development lifecycle and how technology supports business strategy.
Ability to collaborate in a complex matrix environment and across different time zones.
Good verbal and written communication; able to effectively articulate delivery, possibilities, and outcomes.
Problem solver who is always looking to implement feedback and try something new.
Innovative and enthusiastic about enhancing company culture.
Effective communication skills (through emails, posts, blogs, ads, and post-event feedback).
Strong organizational skills to keep track of multiple initiatives at once. Must be good at prioritizing the most urgent needs first.
Creativity and an eye for design elements (graphic design skills for ads, videos, etc.).
Detail-oriented, able to process reports and showcase findings.
