•Contribute the draft writing and the update of the ICT Policy, procedures and guidelines for Humanity & inclusion in MEREP (Middle East Regional Office/Jordan mission.
•Ensure that IT procedures and guidelines are respected
•Organize specific trainings/workshops to enhance Staff members’ IT skills.
•Ensure that all the IT focal points on the hubs/Missions are well trained on those policies and procedures.
