IT Manager

Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement IT strategies and systems to support the companys overall objectives

Manage and maintain all hardware software and network infrastructure

Ensure the security and integrity of company data and systems

Identify and implement new technologies to improve efficiency and productivity

Oversee the IT budget and make recommendations for cost savings

Manage a team of IT professionals including hiring training and performance evaluations

Collaborate with other departments to understand their technology needs and provide solutions

Stay uptodate on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve the companys IT capabilities

Develop and maintain disaster recovery plans and procedures

Provide technical support and troubleshooting for employees

Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or related field

Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT management

Strong knowledge of network and server administration security and database management

Experience with cloud computing and virtualization

Excellent leadership and communication skills

Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fastpaced environment

Strong problemsolving and critical thinking skills

Experience managing a team and working collaboratively with other departments

Knowledge of HR systems and processes a plus
