Responsibilities
- Resolve customers enquiries or issues upon escalation from internal and external sources and ensure proper followup to the final closure
- Upgrade and configure Cartrack system software to support asset management application per project or operational needs
- Perform daily system monitoring verifying integrity and availability of all hardware server resources systems and key process
- Perform daily post fitment and fuel diagnostic on fitment done the day before
- Review systems and application logs for remote diagnostic of field devices
- Provide onsite field support and installation
- Verify completion of scheduled jobs
Requirements
Requirements
- Bachelor Degree in Information Technology or related disciplines
- Minimal 3 years of relevant experience in IT related field
- Good command of both written and spoken English
- Knowledge of API (Postman) will be an advantage
- Knowledge of technologies like GPS/GSM/Mobile Phone/Vehicles will be an advantage
- Fully computer literate with experience/knowledge in Application Support and Web Services is preferred
- Having experience in telematics systems in vehicle is a plus
