Job Description

- Continuously support and address all country employee's IT issues
- Resolve all employee Help desk within the time frame
- Assist Aramex clients upon setting up e-tools
- Implement department strategy to achieve IT station's goal
- Send new hardware/software request to procurement department
- Create and manage user accounts and access permissions.
- Maintain local servers (lync, avaya, etc.) and responsible for local data centre.
- Ensure implementation of latest software security patches and updates
- Follow up with internet and telecom providers
- Run scheduled antivirus and resolve threats immediately as it occur
