- Provides technical support for:
- Information technology functions for MOH CPD national IT system implementation and/or other partners
- Data cleaning processwithin the MOH Licensing department
- Support the IT Manager in imaging and joining laptops to the domain
- Provides technical support on resolving IT issues, and discusses problems, diagnoses, software/hardware issues in a timely manner;
- Installs, configures, troubleshoots, and repairs PCs, laptop computers, and peripheral equipment in accordance with company standards and ensures they are functioning properly. Installs software upgrades when required;
- Monitors spare parts inventory on a regular basis, keeping manager informed when inventory levels are low in order to ensure adequate on-hand supply of all necessary parts;
- Ensures the smooth operation of office internet connection and regularly checks the flow provided by the ISP to enable staff to work in optimal conditions; and
- Tracks incidents and requests using the IT ticketing system.
