Role description
This team is responsible for supporting the API marketplace for John Deere Dealers. This position will be responsible for updating process documentation, and providing application support.
Skills requirements
- Must have 1-3 years of experience with Agile
- Must have experience working with systems and networks: Installing and configuring computer hardware and software, troubleshooting, and helping employees with technical issues
- Must have experience working with applications, data, infrastructure, and/or IT security. (1 - 3 years) - Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Dreamweaver, SharePoint, tableau
- Previous experience in programming/software development. Not mandatory but helpful
- Experience with Service Now
- Should have proven experience with process documentation
- Must have good communication and good time management skills
- Experience working as technical support in a call center would be helpful
