FP&A Analyst - In-office, Dallas TX

AECOM is seeking an FP&A Analyst who will be responsible for analyzing budgeting reporting and longrange planning for the Enterprise FP&A function.  In this role the selected candidate will support the development and achievement of the organizations goals and objectives by providing accurate insightful and timely finance support and analysis. This individual will be required to work closely with counterparts across our global entities to ensure accurate analysis and presentation of the companys financial performance metrics supporting the delivery of key departmental initiatives and communicating monthly business results against agreed performance targets. Reporting to the Enterprise Financial Planning and Analysis Manager the Analyst will be involved in the annual operating planning process will provide financial consulting and strategic support to corporate leadership including identifying researching analyzing and presenting critical business drivers trends and projectlevel analysis. 

This will be an inoffice position based in the Dallas TX area.

Qualifications :

Minimum Requirements

• BA/BS plus at least 2 years of relevant financial and/or accounting experience or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education.
• Proficiency in MS Excel (including pivot tables financial modeling) and PowerPoint

Preferred Qualifications

• Strong analytical and quantitative skills with the ability to interpret and communicate complex financial data

• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects work collaboratively across teams and drive strategic initiatives.

• Capable of operating independently in a fastpaced entrepreneurial environment. 

• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills

• The ability to perform detailoriented work in a fastpaced environment and respond to quick turnaround deadlines
• Able to multitask work independently and effectively manage time
• Works well in a team environment and collaborate with others to accomplish departmental and company objectives
• Prior experience working with a large complex global company
• Prior budgeting and reporting experience a plus
• Experience utilizing enterprise software such as Oracle or SAP TM1 and IBM Insight programs a plus
