Job Description
- Responsible for maintaining the preschools’ IT network, servers and security systems.
- Responsible for investigating and diagnosing technical/IT problems, making recommendations for improving the preschools’ IT systems and carrying out routine configuration and installation of IT solutions.
- Diagnosing hardware and software faults.
- Help staff with everyday IT needs over the phone or in person.
- Responsible for purchasing needed hardware for the branches.
Job Requirements
- Females only
- Minimum 2 years of experience in related field
- A working knowledge of IT operating systems, particularly Windows
- Hands on experience of installing IT hardware and software
- Strong communication skills
- Good organizational skills
- Ability to commute between branches
- Good time management
