Open Position: IT Account Delivery, Lead (Enterprise Software Company)
An Enterprise Software Company is currently hiring an IT Account Delivery, Lead to join them in their Kuala Lumpur
Key responsibilities include:
Experience in selling Enterprise Software Solutions to large enterprise customers, including both account management and business development to Malaysia and other counties within SEA
To understand customers challenges and provide specific solution propositions to help customers meet their business
Understand the market, including trends and developments, and competitors
Develop key customer stakeholder relationships and drive customer satisfaction at assigned
Experience in serving key industries such as conglomerate, manufacturing, mining, oil and gas fields would be an added
Strong team skills, with the ability to work closely with cross-functional teams to achieve
