IPC Specialist Medical Representative - Nurses Graduate from Faculty of Nursing

Job Description

• Support in transferring IPC expertise to related stakeholders
• Transfer knowledge to medical staff in hospitals, private clinics and private pharmacies.
• Support in developing educational materials on IPC
• Organizes appointments and meetings with community- and hospital-based healthcare staff
• Identifies and establishing new business
• Meeting both the business, medical and scientific needs of healthcare professionals
• Maintains detailed records
• Write reports and other documents
• Monitors target market (client & potential client) preferences, industry business developments, market trends to determine required focus of sales and marketing efforts to achieve company objectives.
• Resolves customer complaints regarding services and maintain strong reference base of clients leveraging knowledge gained through The company satisfaction surveys and other feedback mechanism.
• Maintains client relationship and assume responsibility, identify, negotiate and manage relationships with clients whose objectives, product & service offerings complement to the organization short and long term vision.
• Generates ideas and initiatives that capitalize on existing and prospective partner strengths to drive additional benefit to the company portfolio.
• Examines competitors closely in terms of their procedures, relations to align business development strategy regarding market changes, demands and needs

Job Requirements

Requirements and qualifications

• Previous working experience in infection prevention and control field in healthcare setup or sales/promotion in the field of infection prevention and control for 1-3 years
• Female/ Male (Exempted Military Status)
• Valid Driving License
• Owns a car
• Strong communication, presentation & negotiation skills.
• Residences of greater Cairo.
• Graduate from faculty of nursing
