Responsibilities:
- Carry out financial analysis and economic evaluation of the companies in which the company contributes, and participate in the preparation of periodic statements that are submitted to the third parties.
- Participate in conducting economic feasibility studies and conducting the evaluation of economic, financial and marketing feasibility studies for new projects or replacements and renewal projects for existing companies, and participate in evaluating shares offered for sale or purchase from the market and determining their appropriate prices.
- Participate in the follow-up of the companies in which the company contributes through its representatives to address any deviation or deterioration and learn about their developments, and put forward proposals to improve and correct their course or conditions to maintain our participation in them.
