- Prepare valuations for current and pipeline opportunities including DCF, SWOT; CAMELS and SOTP methodologies; provide comparable and transaction analysis, in addition to waterfall analysis for exit purposes.
- Prepare analysis and research presentations. Actively read and seek out new information sources to stay abreast of industry trends.
- Assist with deal structuring and the evaluation of term sheets, model economic impact.
- Prepare and present investment memos and pitch decks for new and follow-on investments based on fundamental analysis and market research.
- Support portfolio management and develop new strategy, evaluate exist opportunities, assess new business lines, and other projects as needed.
- Monitor current investments and track key metrics.
- whether it be monthly reports or daily briefings on cash flow, for ALCO’s Meetings and Investment Committee’s Meetings.
- to come up with new investment ideas and make recommendations about financial actions and decisions.
- Develop and write research reports to be presented to management.
