Conduct regular audits to ensure accuracy of stock levels
Implement and maintain inventory control systems
Monitor inventory levels to ensure they are within acceptable ranges, reorder inventory as necessary to maintain optimal levels, and order additional inventory when needed to meet customer demand
Prepare reports on inventory levels and recommend purchase or sales orders based on trends in utilization rates
Track inventory costs and prices so they can be passed on to customers through price increases
