- Responsible for providing administrative support for the Technical Affairs and Professional Certification and Training Departments, such as preparation and maintenance of emails lists, mail mergers, updates to various departmental forms and documents, conference call scheduling, assembling materials and providing support for task forces and committees.
- Conduct research on technical topics (e.g., literature review) by gathering, organizing and cataloging technical reports and information.
- Assists with maintenance of Professional Certification and Training databases (ProTech & LIMS), shipment of departmental materials and processing departmental order, invoices and other accounting needs.
- Responsible for ensuring departmental materials and collateral is available when needed, re‐orders and maintaining appropriate inventory.
