Your main tasks

• Develop and nurture client relationships:
  Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
• Followup activities:
  Implement and activate followup strategies to capitalize on potential business prospects and maintain ongoing engagement with clients.
• Salesforce management:
  Efficiently utilize Salesforce to create and manage opportunities quotes and customer information.
  Ensure accurate and uptodate records of customer interactions including call logs.
• Internal project management:
  Management activates to followup customer experience. Controlling training agenda developments and delivery data. Supporting all stake holders with status.

Your profile

• Computer skills:
  Proficiency in utilizing MS Office 365 tools including Excel Word PowerPoint and Outlook.
  Familiarity with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software with preference given to experience with Salesforce.
• Communication skills:
  Exhibit strong verbal and written communication skills.
  Possess effective soft skills that contribute to positive interpersonal interactions.
• Business negotiation and networking:
  Demonstrated ability in business negotiation and networking to foster collaborative relationships.
• Goaloriented mindset:
  Display a focusoriented approach appreciating and thriving in challenging goaldriven environments.
  Exhibit a proactive makeithappen attitude towards tasks and objectives.
• Language proficiency:
  Proficiency in written and spoken English is a plus.
• CAM software:
  Knowledge in ComputerAided Manufacturing (CAM) software is a plus.
