- Managing the overall marketing and communication function starting from understanding the company’s solutions/ value proposition, creating the strategy, identifying the main key messages, creating tactical plans, and develop the needed content and content formats, maintaining consistency, clarity and effectiveness.
- Continuously research and analyze the market trends, competitor offerings and other relevant information in order to tune marketing strategies
- Manage the bilingual content development for product collaterals, website papers, presentations, videos blogs and case studies (Arabic and English)
- Manage the engagement and frequency of posting based on platform algorithms and best practices for social media channels including Facebook, Twitter, YouTube and LinkedIn, maintaining a consistent social media strategy for optimal visibility.
- Manage marketing campaigns from ideation, to execution and analytics, through testing and deployment.
