Being an Administrativo log stico / Responsable Almac n is an exciting task since you are the superhero our clients need. You know what setup of our solutions will satisfy their needs, therefore, these here are your most important tasks:

Gesti n integral del almac n:

• Organizaci n y control de existencias: recuentos de stock, inventarios.
• Contacto con proveedores y clientes externos e internos (almac n propio).
• Gesti n de pedidos de repuestos.
• Recepci n y expedici n de mercanc a, gesti n de cargas.
• Gesti n documental del almac n.
• Manejo de ERP interno (por implementar), Excel, correo electr nico.

Gesti n de facturaci n:

• Seguimiento de presupuesto y trabajos de service partners.
• Gesti n de factuas de service partners/proveedores de servicio.

Your profile

All right, all right, so I hope you are now aware of what is up for you, what background should you have in order to feel comfortable with this role? Keep in mind its all about electrical equipment, thats why it is essential for you to have:

• FP Grado Superior en Administraci n y Finanzas, Transporte y Log stica o similar.
• Inlg s: B2, la comunicaci n con el almac n regional en Alemania o central en China ser en ingl s.
• Inform tica a nivel usuario.
• Habilidades de planificaci n y organizaci n.
• Persona responsable, con actitud de servicio, abierta y flexible
• Capacidad para trabajo en equipo.
