INTERN - PROTOCOL

Support the preparation of official correspondence and communication materials for the OCMS in both Arabic and English

. •Support and coordinate meetings with host government, draft background documents, minutes of the meeting, and brief notes

. •Assist in exchanging information on the dynamics of MoFA, MoI, etc.

•Support the establishment of communication networks to increase the mission interactions with relevant authorities.

•Maintains close coordination with the UN Resident Coordinator’s office on all operational matters.

•Assist in the drafting of routine correspondence and other communications as required

. •Assist in the organization of events, workshops, high-level visits, and advocacy events

. •Provide logistical assistance in the organization of events, meetings and visits, including drafting and dispatching invitations.

•Update and maintain all documents and files (in paper and electronic format).

•Perform other related duties as required.
