Insurance | Legal Counsel M&A | Zurich | Perm. | 100% | Jan. 2023 | CHF 160 000+

Tasks

Responsibilities:

• Support and advise the legal team on international M&A transactions
• Lead legal due diligence with support from external specialists
• Negotiate, draft, and amend transaction agreements
• Advise the leadership on M&A requirements
• Manage outside legal counsel

Requirements

Experience:

• Swiss bar admission
• At least 5 years of PQE
• Fluency in German and English
• Demonstrated exposure to Mergers & Acquisitions
• Proven experience in a top-tier law firm and/or as in-house counsel preferably in the UK
