- Develop the functional and human resource structure of the Modernization & Digitization Unit, including conducting a desk review of PAMC reports related to the mandate for these units, identifying detailed objectives, scope, and mandate of the newly established unit, and developing working procedures and processes of the unit.
- Identify organizational set up including the needed HR specialties, qualifications, capabilities and develop job descriptions, such as developing a plan for the needed HR and time frame.
- Coordinate all the tasks for the Digitization sub-unit with the Digitization Expert who will be responsible for assessing the government digitization plan.
